A 12,799-square-foot waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale that listed for a jarring $29 million back in January 2016 just sold for $19.9 million ($1,550 per square foot) to a former executive at Berkshire Hathaway, per The Real Deal.

It’s the biggest sale in Fort Lauderdale since December 2015, when a 17,000-square-footer around the corner pulled in $27.5 million ($1,614 per foot), which set a record for a single family home sale in Broward County.

Located at 2400 Del Lago Drive and built in 2011, the recently-sold home offers seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, his and hers offices, a home theater, an elevator and a walk-in wine cellar. Additionally, it boasts 400 feet of deep-water dockage, a boat garage, and a guest house.

The property previously sold for $14.5 million in 2013, with an additional $3 million for furnishings.
