Listing yesterday for $8.95 million is this Mediterranean Revival home built in the 1920s in Palm Beach by architect Marion Sims Wyeth, the man who designed Shangri La in Hawaii and Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

Located at 16 Golfview Road, the 5,654-square-foot residence has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and features a classic architectural design with an “asymmetrical facade, extraordinary stonework, and detailing all ensconced in the elegance of the period,” notes the listing held by James McCann of Corcoran.

The home is located near another Marion Sims Wyeth residence that was featured on Curbed several years ago.
