16 Miami metro cities ranked by rent prices

While Miami continues to have the highest one-bedroom median rent in the metro area at $1,800 a month, the city with the fastest growing rents is Boca Raton, which has seen a 14 percent increase year over year, according to the latest report by Zumper.

The report looks at 16 Miami metro cities and concludes Boca also happens to be the second most expensive city at $1,620 per month. It’s trailed closely by Miami Beach at $1,610 per month. The city with the most affordable rent is Homestead at $1,000 per month.

Deerfield Beach has seen the biggest year-over-year spike in regards to median rent for two-bedroom units after prices soared by 14 percent in the last year. Check out the full list, organized by one-bedroom median rents and two-bedroom median rents, down below.
