A riveting duplex penthouse in Miami Beach with a pneumatic elevator is asking $6.495 million.

The combination unit at Grand Venetian is also the most expensive condo for sale in the Venetian Islands and includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 6,422 square feet of living space.

The residence was designed by Carola Pimentel and also features a glass staircase, an open kitchen with high-gloss white cabinetry, marble countertops, marble and oak wood flooring, three terraces with direct bay views, a Savant AV system, Kreon lighting, five parking spots, and two master suites with morning kitchens, per the listing, which is currently held by Oren Alexander and Isaac Lustgarten of Douglas Elliman.

Previously asking as much as $12 million when it initially hit the market in 2015, the residence is owned by real estate guru Louise M. Sunshine, founder of the Sunshine Group and granddaughter of the late Barney Pressman, the founder of Barneys New York.
