Paramount Miami Worldcenter just unveiled a collection of luxury poolside bungalows that are priced more than the median sales price of homes in Miami-Dade County.

The latter is $289,000, according to Trulia, while these cabanas at the upcoming luxury condominium in downtown Miami are priced between $295,000 and $350,000, per Miami Luxury Homes, which isn’t too far off from the county’s median price of homes currently on the market ($385,000).

Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach is offering a similar amenity in the form of two-story beach cabanas, which were going for $400,000 and up.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s bungalows are located 90 feet above the ground on the Upper Deck amenity level and are exclusively offered to unit owners. Each of the 26 cabanas is 227 square feet under air and includes an entertainment area, a bar, a bathroom with a shower, and a rooftop terrace. Considering they’re owned like the condo units themselves, each also carries a monthly maintenance fee of over $172.

Back in June, the under-construction development launched a 26-residence penthouse collection starting at $3.5 million.

The amenity-rich 513-unit project also includes a karaoke-friendly Jam Room, an indoor basketball court, a boxing ring, a Tai Chi deck, a game room, a golf simulator, a play room, and an outdoor soccer field.
