New Miami Marlins co-owner Derek Jeter is rumored to be apartment hunting in the Magic City, according to the New York Post, as the future Hall of Famer and his supermodel wife Hannah were apparently checking out rentals at high-end condos in Coconut Grove and Brickell.

We thought we’d lend a hand to the busy couple, who also just became parents after the birth of their daughter Bella a couple months ago. Considering Derek raked in just under $270 million (before taxes) over his career with the New York Yankees and Hannah is an accomplished model and TV host, the Jeters don’t really need a budget.

We’re going to swing big on this week’s Curbed Comparisons and check out several drool-inducing units spread across Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown, and South Beach.

Coconut Grove: Penthouse #3202 at Grovenor House

Price: $9.875 million

It may not be a rental, but perhaps this penthouse unit’s owner would reconsider if he or she knew its celebrity tenant. This two-story residence overlooking Biscayne Bay offers a whopping 5,216 square feet of terrace and a private elevator foyer, which is perfect for the power couple.

Brickell: Penthouse at Jade Residences

Price: $17,500

Located in the heart of Brickell is another penthouse with a rooftop deck and sublime bay view. This 4,015-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private elevator entrance, and 15-foot ceilings.

Downtown: Duplex at Marquis

Price: $22,000

This duplex in downtown Miami is one of the coolest units on our list. The recently renovated residence was beautifully designed and features tons of custom built-ins. It’s also quite close to Marlins Park.

South Beach: Portofino Tower stunner

Price: $30,000

Last but not least is this South of Fifth offering with over 5,400 square feet of interior space and wonderful views of South Beach, the bay, and the ocean.
