Located at 500 Marquesa Drive, the 6,658-square-foot estate recently underwent an extensive redesign, which you’ll notice in the first slider image down below. It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a glass-enclosed wine storage room, a beautiful open kitchen, and grand windows and sliding doors overlooking the canal.

The property last sold in 2014 for $4.25 million to real estate investor Chad Loweth, who was a co-founder of the now defunct hedge fund Diamondback Capital Management.
