2500 Biscayne has launched leasing with the upcoming 156-unit apartment complex in Edgewater expecting to open its doors some time in the fall.

Developed by New York-based Greystone Development and Alta Developers, the project is comprised of one- and two-bedroom units that feature open floor plans, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in closets. The 19-story building’s amenities include a pool, a lounge, a game room, a coffee bar, concierge services, a parking garage, and a fitness center.

Leasing and Management is being handled by Rivergate KW Residential and the project was designed by Behar Font & Partners and RJ Heisenbottle Architects. Artist Magnus Sodamin created two exterior murals measuring 75 and 90 feet wide.

Pricing starts at at $2,023 per month for one-bedroom units, translating to $1,854 per month after the current special offering one month free. It’s slightly above the median rent for one-bedroom apartments in Miami, which is $1,800, per Zumper.
