The riverfront Icon Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale has opened its opulent doors at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard, introducing one of the area’s pricier rental buildings.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale features 272 glassy residences outfitted with Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, and Italian cabinetry. They range from one to three bedrooms.
According to the development’s website, the cheapest residence available is a two-bedroom residence with two bathrooms and a den asking $3,720 and the most expensive unit is a two-bed, two-bath measuring 1,817 square feet asking $6,130.
The 45-story project is a collaboration between The Related Group, Rabina Properties and Perella Weinberg Partners, with Steven G. designing the interiors. Amenities include a sky terrace with a rooftop pool; a fitness center with a pilates and spinning studio; a club room; and a wine tasting salon.
