Modern houseboat ‘Luxuria’ asks $1.5M

Miami is a common host for extravagant yachts at all times of the year. Track these magnificent vessels and their outlandish toys with Miami Yacht Watch, which typically runs weekly on Curbed Miami.

Global Boatworks Holdings, LLC has launched a luxury modern houseboat named Luxuria, which will be featured at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show this November.

Asking $1.495 million, the vessel is currently being shown at Bahia Mar Resort & Yachting Center. The 2,208-square-foot watercraft has two bedrooms and 1,650 square feet under air.

Details include floor-to-ceiling impact windows with motorized shades; a modern kitchen with Bosch appliances and quartz countertops; a living room with an LED fireplace; a deluxe master suite on the second floor with a wraparound bathroom and a balcony; heated towel racks; and smart home technology that includes a Lutron lighting system and Nest thermostats.

Luxuria is also available for charter.
