The newly announced Miami condo requiring FIU-affiliated residents has released new renderings, showing off the 20-story project’s interiors and amenity spaces.
Set to rise at 740 Southwest 109th Avenue, University Bridge Residences is comprised of 492 units priced from around $190,000 to upwards of $600,000. Each unit comes fully furnished and includes stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers. They range in size from 317 square feet to over 1,600 square feet — from studios to four-bedrooms.
Its amenity deck features a resort-style pool with beach entry, pool volleyball, cabanas, and barbecue areas. On the rooftop will be a sunset terrace with dining areas, a yoga lawn, and a performance stage. And on each floor will be a study area and a business center. There will also be direct access to FIU’s campus via a new pedestrian bridge on 8th Street.
The project, located in Miami’s Sweetwater neighborhood, was designed by Arquitectonica and developed by University Developments, a partnership between Global City Development, Reichmann International, and Podium Developments.
It’s slated for completion before the 2020-21 academic year.
