Meyers Group has announced the groundbreaking of Avery Place, a 145-unit apartment project in Pompano Beach.
Designed by Salazar Architectural Group, the eight-story LEED-certified development encompasses units ranging in size from 800 square feet to 1,200 square feet, with built-in USB chargers, keyless entry, smart home technology, and high-tech security. It’s located off the corner of Federal Highway and Northeast 4th Street.
Amenities include a private clubhouse with a pool, a fire pit, a waterfall, and a summer kitchen, in addition to a gym, a game room, a theater, and an upscale business center.
“Over the past few years, Pompano Beach has been undergoing a major revitalization,” said Stuart I. Meyers, Chairman and CEO of Meyers Group. “Avery Place is not only going to meet the current demand in the market for high end luxury rentals. Beyond bringing to fruition a most beautiful place in which to reside, we are creating an economically practical community that will redefine the standards for both ‘green’ and ‘intelligent’ contemporary living in Pompano Beach.”
The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
