A penthouse atop downtown Miami’s Marina Blue condo that was featured in the film War Dogs has resurfaced with an asking price of $5.888 million.
Unit 5708 is a duplex with 4,198 square feet under air and 20-foot ceilings. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sweeping views of downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the ocean in the distance. Additional details include multiple living rooms, a large open kitchen, and four parking spaces.
War Dogs is a biographical comedy-drama film directed by Todd Phillips that featured Jonah Hill and Miles Teller playing arms dealers who received a US Army contract to supply guns and ammo for the Afghan National Army worth around $300 million. The penthouse was purchased by Teller’s character in the film, which received a 60 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
It was previously asking about $15,000 a month as a rental. Today, it’s the most expensive unit in the building by over $4 million.
