Welcome to 1010 Brickell’s “The Club at 1010,” offering among the most diverse amenity packages in the world of lavish Miami condos -- and it’s especially alluring for families.

Among the club’s amenities is a playroom that features rock climbing, bowling, indoor basketball, a crocheted activity net, virtual golf, and air hockey. There’s also two pools, an impact-absorbent outdoor running track, squash, an expansive fitness center, and a spa that includes a Turkish hammam, hot and cold plunge pools, steam, sauna, aromatherapy rooms and private treatment areas.

Additionally, the 50th floor of the newly completed Brickell development includes a rooftop pool, a restaurant, and an outdoor theater (Miami should have more of these). Comprised of 389 units, the new Miami project is 99 percent sold and was co-developed by Key International and 13^th Floor Investments.
