A sprawling Miami estate on 1.87 acres in Pinecrest owned by retired NFL linebacker Stephen Tulloch just listed for $3.8 million.

Located off Ludlam Road, the 7,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms; eight bathrooms; 30-foot ceilings; a chef’s kitchen; a home theater; and an entertainer’s backyard that includes a resort-style pool, a jacuzzi, a gazebo, and illuminated basketball and tennis courts.

Tulloch last played for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2016 after suiting up for eight combined seasons with the Detroit Lions and Tennessee Titans. He tallied 949 tackles, 14.5 sacks, and five interceptions over a productive 11-year career. Born in Miami, he starred at Miami Killian High School before attending North Carolina State. The Titans selected him in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

Records show Tulloch acquired the property in 2012 for $2.2 million from Robert Unanue, the current CEO of Goya Foods.
