The 111-room CIRC Hotel is planning to open in downtown Hollywood early next year at 1780 Polk Street.

The 12-story modern hotel will be operated by Trust Hospitality and was inspired by the area’s rising art scene. Details include Olivia, an Italian restaurant by Piero Filpi and Marcello Sindoni; a rooftop bar and lounge called Muse by the pool deck; Presto Market & Coffee Bar; a fitness center; and 3,000 square feet of meeting space on the 11th floor.

Rooms and suites include a seating area, wet bar, and balconies. Introductory rates are set at under $200 a night and the hotel is located across the street from The ArtsPark at Young Circle, encompassing 10 acres of green space and an amphitheater for concerts.

CIRC Hotel is also holding an arts contest, where local artists are able to submit pieces that will be displayed in the hotel’s lobby and meeting space. All proceeds from sales go directly to the artists.

“CIRC Hotel was designed to reflect Downtown Hollywood’s unique, culture-centric personality,” said Kara Lundgren, CIRC Hotel’s GM. “It will be the ultimate haven for business professionals, vacationers and social groups to indulge, relax and unwind.”
