Here’s a massive Delray Beach estate designed by architect Mario Sims Wyeth that recently listed for just under $9 million.

Located at 1200 North Ocean Boulevard, the compound features a main home, a guest house, and a caretaker house sitting on over 2.6 acres. “Lemon Hill” has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Additional details include a cypress-paneled library, a coffered ceiling loggia, an elevator, and an expansive kitchen with a breakfast room.

The property, built in 1939, was originally asking $12.5 million when it initially hit the market in January. Some other South Florida listings tied to Sims Wyeth over the years include an $11.2 million offering in Palm Beach and this Mediterranean Revival home on Golfview Road.
