Tranquillità Del Mare is a seven-acre oceanfront compound in Vero Beach that’s headed to auction without reserve next month.

Currently listed for $45 million, the massive estate was designed by Thomas Hoos and “pays homage to the famed villas of the Mediterranean with authentic touches of the Côte d'Azur” according to the listing, which is held by O'Dare, Boga, and French of Premier Estate Properties.

Built in 2015, the property encompasses a whopping 27,000 square feet under air spread across a main house, two large guest houses, and a caretaker’s cottage. There are 18 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms — yes, two-seven — and 315 feet of frontage along the Atlantic Ocean. Its sweeping lawns feature gardens, fountains, oaks, and specimen palms.

Among the main residence’s highlights — outside of the glorious ocean views — is a multi-million-dollar theater with tiered seating.

Other details include handmade mahogany windows and doors; French limestone flooring; an antique cypress-beamed cathedral ceiling, a cypress-paneled library; a wine cave finished in pecky cypress and stone; and a poolside loggia with a full bar and an entertainment center.

Each of the three additional houses is two stories and includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Records show the property was acquired for $4 million in 2013.
