Spanish estate in Pinecrest to list for $6.5M

The third most expensive home for sale in the neighborhood

An expansive Spanish-style estate in Pinecrest is on the cusp of listing for $6.5 million, placing it among the three most expensive properties in the popular neighborhood to the south.

Measuring roughly 7,000 square feet, the 2015 residence sits on an acre at 9111 Southwest 64th Court and features seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a half basketball court, an elevator, a home gym, and a clay tennis court.

There’s also a beautiful open kitchen and a master suite boasting an enormous shower and a closet the size of many apartments. Records show the property last sold for $5.8 million in 2016.
