The waterfront Miami home of Univision’s Pamela Silva Conde and her husband, Cesar, has popped up on the high-end rental market asking $25,000 a month.
The 6,979-square-foot home is located in Gables Estates. It has six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a large covered terrace, and 181 feet of canal frontage.
The power couple is a force in the Spanish television industry. Cesar is Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises while Pamela is an Emmy-winning anchor with Univision.
Records show the Condes acquired their property last summer at an undisclosed price, though it was previously asking $6.475 million. The residence is listed with Lourdes Alatriste of Engel & Völkers.
In February, another Coral Gables residence with a well-known Univision anchor as its owner listed for $3.5 million.
