A large residence with fantastic ocean views in Key Biscayne’s Oceana tower recently sold for $7.35 million ($1801 per square foot), which marks the biggest condo sale on the island since 2015.
The 4,008-square-foot Unit 1101S was most recently asking $7.9 million and originally listed for $8.7 million when it hit the market back in 2016.
It has four bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and over 2,000 square feet of wraparound terrace. Amenities in the 2014 building include 500 feet of beach frontage, a restaurant, a spa, two pools, tennis courts, and a putting green.
The buyers were represented by EWM Realty International’s Riley Smith and Maria Loughlin while the listing agent was Monica Defortuna of Fortune International.
