A Miami Lakes estate with historical ties popped on the market asking $1.95 million.

The 7,791-square-foot lakefront home was originally owned by the late William A. Graham, who was the principal developer of Miami Lakes.

The six-bedroom home has seven and a half bathrooms and sits on 1.92 acres at 16181 West Troon Circle. Details include a private dock, a deck with a built-in grill, a private beach area, a below-ground pool, and a glass porch.

It was built in 1971 and was previously asking $2.75 million before resurfacing with The Rebull Team of the Keyes Company.

“This estate is absolutely stunning,” said Mandy Rebull, the co-listing agent for this property. “From the landscape to the home itself, it’s a hidden gem located in the heart of The Magic City.”
