A new mansion in Boca Raton with some dazzling interiors listed for $15.5 million recently within the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club.

Built this year, the 8,431-square-foot residence is located at 1400 Royal Palm Way. It includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 100 feet of frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Outside of the cool Chicago brick ceiling in the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, there’s marble and hardwood floors throughout, a wood-paneled office, a club room, an elevator, and a “master’s retreat” with a fireplace, two full bathrooms, and two oversized walk-in closets.

Boca’s fourth priciest home features interiors by P&H Interiors and was constructed by SRD Building Corporation.

“No expense was spared in the construction of this estate,” said listing agent Chad Gray of Coldwell Banker. “The home has been thoughtfully designed and decorated, and comes fully-furnished for the new owner.”

Records show the property — before this current home was built — sold for $4.25 million in 2016.
