There’s a new $20 million listing in town.

Amazingly, this newly listed mansion in Miami Beach with a clean $20 million price tag ($2,063 per square foot) only comes in at No. 40 on the list of the most expensive homes in Miami-Dade County.

Measuring nearly 10,000 square feet, the Mediterranean estate has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It’s located at 1525 West 24th Street on Sunset Island III and features 156 feet of bay frontage.

Additional details include a Spanish interior courtyard, a rooftop terrace, a home theater, a gym, a clubroom with a bar, a private boat dock, a chef’s kitchen, and custom Fendi design throughout, according to the listing, which is held by Mathieu Rochette of Compass.

The owner, per The Real Deal: “Phil Collins’ ex-wife’s ex-husband.” Records show the home was built in 2005 and the property last sold for $8.4 million in 2012.
