A gigantic waterfront home measuring nearly 17,000 square feet in Palm Beach Gardens is on the market asking $9.9 million.

Located at 12251 Tillinghast Circle, the two-acre lakefront estate has been on and off the market over the last few years, asking as much as $15.5 million. It has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, overlooks the 13th and 14th holes at Old Palm Golf Club, and is highlighted by a variety of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

Its kitchen features a butler’s pantry, Wolf appliances, two ovens, and an eight-burner gas stovetop. There’s also multiple dining areas in addition to a large covered loggia by the pool with a bar and a summer kitchen.

Amenities at the golf club include a practice studio, a full-service salon and spa, private dining, a wine room, beach club access, and a fitness center.

Records show the property last sold for $1.1 million in 2005. The current home was constructed in 2010.
