Tour the new Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

The Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is holding its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony in a couple of weeks on December 14.

Located at 551 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, the new condo/hotel resort opened last month, offering 290 suites, a 20,000-square-foot Sky Deck that overlooks the ocean and includes a heated pool, a 4,000-square-foot spa, a fitness center, a seafood restaurant named Terra Mare, a gourmet marketplace called Cornucopia, and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Its lobby design was modeled after the curves of a luxury yacht.

Residences are priced from the $400,000s to over $5 million, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The project becomes the second Conrad-branded property in South Florida, joining the Conrad Miami, which is located on Brickell Avenue.
