Birdman’s baller 20,000-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach received a solid price reduction after initially hitting the market in June for $20 million.

Now offered at $16.9 million, equating to a 15.5 percent price cut, the rapper and producer’s lavish pad is now the fifth most expensive home for sale on Palm Island, one of the barrier islands in Miami Beach. Among its many dazzling features: a golden, respek-engraved backsplash behind the bar in one of the main living areas; leopard-print walls in the 3,500-square-foot master bedroom; and a sleek flatscreen behind the mirror in the spa.

The estate used to belong to record producer Scott Storch—and Rockstar energy drink founder Russ Weiner before him. It has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, two wine cellars, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, a home theater, a volleyball court, and a pool overlooking the bay.
