Edgewater’s Aria on the Bay is approaching completion

Aria on the Bay is expected to be completed within 90 days, according to developer Melo Group.

The 648-unit Miami condo project currently has 90 percent of its residences under hard contract, one of which is a stunning triplex penthouse belonging to Miami Marlins superstar and National League MVP Giancarlo Stanton.

Residents have actually received an email from the developer stating they anticipate having the TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) by mid-January, Curbed has learned, which would allow owners to move in.

Rising 53 stories in Edgewater at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, remaining residences are priced from the $400,000s to $1.8 million. Its four triplex penthouses have all been sold.

The Arquitectonica-designed project features an amenity deck on the 14th floor that includes two pools, a jacuzzi, fire pits, and barbecue areas.
