This week, we focus on rentals at or below $2,000 per month, which is a little above Miami’s median rent for one-bedroom apartments

Here’s a 736-square-foot residence at Pearl Dadeland with one bedroom and one bathroom. It’s across the street from Dadeland Mall.
The largest residence on our list is of course to the north, in Sunny Isles Beach. The 1,220-square-foot unit is furnished while offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and incredible water views.
