Melo Group continues to invest heavily in the downtown Miami area, with their latest project being the proposed Miami Plaza, a mixed-use 35-story tower with 425 apartments.
The Next Miami reports the 370-foot development is planning to rise at 1502 Northeast Miami Place, and will also include over 5,000 square feet of retail and 508 parking spaces.
Square Station, a 710-unit apartment building by the same developer, topped off a block away in September. Among the other Melo Group projects in the area include Melody Tower, which opened in 2016, and the 655-unit Art Plaza, which recently began construction nearby.
