A waterfront Florida mansion formerly owned by Celine Dion recently sold for $5.75 million, according to a spokesperson for One Sotheby’s Brian Coffey, who repped the buyer.
The 17,761-square-foot home was built in 1998. Located in Jupiter, the residence has nine bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a private dock capable of housing a 70-foot boat, a stained-glass dome skylight, five fireplaces, custom marble and wood inlaid floors, and a theater.
Records show Dion and her late husband, René Angéli, parted ways with the estate in 2002 for $9 million, which is more than $2 million over the recent sale.
In April, Dion sold her oceanfront mansion on Jupiter Island that’s equipped with a full-blown waterpark in the backyard for $28 million after listing it for as high as $72 million back in 2013.
