Developer Group P6 has announced the launch of a luxury boutique condo project proposed for downtown Boca called 475 Royal Palm.
Comprised of three nine-story buildings, the Mizner-style development will include underground parking. It was designed by Juan Caycedo of RLC Architects in collaboration with landscape architect Mark Jacobsen.
Units will be offered in two sizes, half-floor or full-floor, with the latter allowing owners to combine units for 360-degree views. The project maxes out at 48 units, but the developer expects a final number in the 36-to-38-unit range after factoring in the potential combination units.
“475 Royal Palm is a contemporary interpretation of Addison Mizner’s architectural style,” Caycedo said. “It offers the most distinctive features of traditional classical architecture in term of its articulation and the flexibility and openness of the spaces.”
Group P6 is also behind another high-end condo project under construction in Boca Raton called 327 Royal Palm.
