The 19-story Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach has officially opened at 17700 Collins Avenue.
Designed by Kobi Karp, the $65 million modern project under the Marriott umbrella features 194 all-studio suites with kitchenettes and was designed with the business traveler in mind.
Additional details include two rooftop decks, a poolside restaurant called Ocean View on Nine, a grocery delivery service, and multiple conference rooms. There’s also an extensive art collection curated by Dina Mitrani Gallery, showcasing the works of Vera Vladimirsky, Robert Braun, Peggy Levison Nolan, Andres Ferrandis, Yuri Tuma, and Rafael Balcazar.
“We are very excited to bring the Residence Inn brand to Sunny Isles Beach,” said Robert Finvarb, owner of Robert Finvarb Companies and the hotel. “Our hotel will provide guests with a home-away-from-home feel, allowing them to get their work done efficiently and recharge for the days ahead.”
There are a couple of other Residence Inn properties nearby, located in Surfside and South Beach.
