Brickell’s latest residential project: Villa Leone

5 single family contemporary homes starting at $3.5M

Listing shortly will be a lavish new residential development comprised of five single family contemporary homes on a historical plot of land in the southern part of Brickell.

Located at 2100 South Miami Avenue in an area encompassing Miami’s original “Millionaire’s Row,” Villa Leone will rise on a property that used to be known as La Casa Reposada, which originally housed Craft Paper tycoon Vernon Gransden before several other interesting owners passed through, including former Cuban President Carlos Prío Socarrás.

The residence was razed in the 1980s and sat empty until recently, when LOL Development broke ground on their first of five tropical modern homes. They were designed by architect Reinaldo Borges, ‎Principal and CEO of Borges Architects + Associates. Priced from $3.5 to $4.2 million, they’re sized between 5,345 and 7,716 square feet.

Each of the glassy three-story residences includes free-flowing spaces; a summer kitchen by the pool; a rooftop terrace (with an optional second pool); an elevator; nine-foot-tall doors; sub-street-level parking; and high-end finishes.
