Listing recently in Key West is a historic property that used to be owned by Jerry Herman, the composer of the hit Broadway musical Hello, Dolly!

The 3,536-square-foot residence at 626 William Street was also featured in a Chanel No. 5 commercial directed by Ridley Scott in the 1980s. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a one-bedroom guest cottage, five porches or balconies, and an outdoor entertaining area with a grill.

There’s also a new powder room, large his and her closets, and a well. Records show the property sold in 2015 for $2.55 million.

Herman was also behind the scores for Mame, and La Cage aux Folles. He’s a two-time Tony Award winner and a graduate of the University of Miami.
