Paramount Miami Worldcenter recently hit the halfway mark of its 60-story climb in downtown Miami.

Miami’s future amenity king is currently 70 percent sold with over 48 nationalities represented among the buyer pool, per a spokesperson. Among its array of amenities are pool cabanas starting at $295,000 and an amenity deck (90 feet up) including the country’s first outdoor soccer field to be featured in a high-rise residential development; two tennis courts; a boxing studio; an indoor basketball court; a rooftop observatory; a game room; and a “jam room.”

Paramount is the first condo tower for sale within the Miami Worldcenter project and is comprised of over 500 units. It’s expected to top off next summer while completion is slated for the first quarter of 2019.

Renderings have been released of the penthouse collection as well as Miami Worldcenter’s massive retail component. Encompassing 27 acres, Miami Worldcenter figures to radically transform the downtown area upon completion.
