The former Miami Beach mansion of Lenny Kravitz just sold for $16.5 million, per The Real Deal, representing a 34 percent discount off the initial $25 million asking price.

The home measures just under 12,000 square feet under air and is located on Sunset Islands II. It has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a saltwater pool, a barbecue cabana, a private dock, wood ceilings, arched doorways, a movie theater, a meditation garden, a gym, an elevator, and a guest house.

There’s also 125 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay and a private beach. The musician/actor sold the residence for $14.5 million in 2005 after paying about $9 million for it in 2001.

The seller was repped by The Jills of Coldwell Banker and the buyer was repped by Nelson Gonzalez of EWM.
