A new luxury boutique condo called Adagio Fort Lauderdale Beach held a groundbreaking ceremony this week in North Beach Village.

The Alco International Group development is 30 percent sold and overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by GS4 Studios, the 10-story project will include 31 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is handling sales and marketing, and Steven G designed the interiors.

The development is located at 435 Bayshore Drive and units are priced from $1.8 million.

Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, gas Gaggenau cooktops, quartz countertops, summer kitchens, and Scavolini Italian cabinetry. Amenities include a private marina with 53-foot slips, a sunset pool, a rooftop pool with cabanas overlooking the Intracoastal, a fitness center, a media room, and a pet wash/grooming station.

Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2019 and the sales gallery is located at 2400 East Las Olas Boulevard.
