The extravagant modern mansion of Dutch film director Will Van Der Vlugt just hit the Miami market asking $22 million.

The 21,233-square-foot residence was designed by Kobi Karp and features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 350 feet of water frontage along Biscayne Bay.

Additional highlights include a gym overlooking the bay, a rooftop deck with a plunge pool, a five-car garage, a lap pool, a media room, a 2,000-square-foot double-height flex space with a loft, and a master suite with his and hers walk-in closets and a sun terrace.

Located within the gated Entrada Estates community, it’s among the 30 most expensive single family homes in Miami. Records show the home was built in 2014 and the property last sold for $4 million in 2011.

Van Der Vlugt’s Caramel Pictures has created commercials for big-name brands such as Hyundai, Ford, Lindt, and McDonald's.
