Biltmore Parc opened its doors a few weeks ago in Coral Gables, injecting 32 luxury condo residences into the Miami market.

Located at 718 Valencia Avenue, the five-story boutique project is within walking distance of Miracle Mile and several parks. Amenities in the MD Developer project include one-year memberships to The Club at The Biltmore Hotel, private elevator access to the foyer of each residence, and two lounge areas.

There’s also artwork in the Artefacto-designed lobby from Carlos Cruz Diez, Uaio Antor, Paulo Castro, Corina Hoher, Digfredo Chacon, Nadid Benatar, Rafael Rangel, Paulo Castro, Carlos Ferpabzueta, Patricia Van Dalen, and Elizabeth Lemboraim.

Residences on the resale market are currently priced between $1.2 million and $1.7 million.
