A few weeks ago we featured a historic Key West property that used to be owned by Jerry Herman, the composer of the hit Broadway musical Hello, Dolly!

Today we return to our intoxicating neighbor to the south for another interesting listing in the form of a waterfront 5,898-square-foot residence with an ocean view. Located at 22 Hilton Haven Road, the home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and recently hit the market asking $6.495 million.

Restored in 1995, it’s the fifth priciest home for sale on the island. Additional details include custom art pieces throughout, a central courtyard with a pool, a large open kitchen, and a wet bar overlooking the water.

The property last sold in 1999 for $950,000.
