The oceanfront Palm Beach mansion of Donald Trump’s older sister hit the market this month asking $23.9 million.

It sits practically across the street from Mar-a-Lago.

Maryanne Trump Barry’s Bermuda-style estate features nearly 200 feet of ocean frontage, eight bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms. Measuring 10,455 square-foot, the mansion on South Ocean Boulevard additionally offers ocean views from nearly every room, a sun room, and a library. Built in 1956, the interior could use some serious updating.

Trump is an attorney and inactive Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1999 and served through June 2011.

Records show she purchased this property in 2004 for $11.5 million and it’s one of 16 homes in Palm Beach asking $20 million or more, led by a 35,000-square-foot mansion now asking just under $65 million.
