A view from Unit #1801 at Oceana Bal Harbour

A magical ocean-facing residence at the new Oceana Bal Harbour recently listed asking $12.225 million.

It’s the first finished unit on the market and was designed by Interiors by Steven G., according to listing agent Mark Zilbert, Executive Vice President at Brown Harris Stevens Miami. The 4,185-square-foot unit has three bedrooms, a den, four bathrooms, and nearly 1,600 square feet of wraparound terrace facing east, south, and west.

Additional features include a wine room, a private elevator foyer, 10-foot ceilings, Boffi bathrooms, Gagganeau kitchen appliances, Italian porcelain flooring, and three parking spaces. Among the lavish amenities in the building, which saw two penthouses with Jeff Koons sculptures sell for $26 million apiece in July 2016, is a residents-only restaurant.
