Listing just in time for Art Basel and the rest of the Miami Art Week hysteria is this incredibly unique industrial-style loft in South Beach emitting NYC vibes asking $3.75 million.

“This apartment is so unique and sexy,” says listing agent Stacy Robins, who adds “nothing exists like this apartment in South of Fifth!”

The two-story “El Cyclon” penthouse located at 248 Washington Avenue features 20-foot ceilings, tons of natural light, and a 4,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with a fire pit, Ipe wood jacuzzi, gas barbecue, herb garden, artificial grass, and lounge areas. It was previously asking $12,000 a month to rent.

Measuring 3,130 square feet under air ($1,198 per foot, not including the extensive outdoor space), the unit includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an open European kitchen with a gas stove island.

Records show the building was constructed in 1998 and the unit last sold for $1.4 million in March 2016.
