Sammy Sosa’s former Miami home with 75 feet of ocean frontage has returned to the market asking $17.25 million ($2,409 per square foot) after an extensive renovation.
The 7,156-square-foot turn-key residence at 667 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach features a dazzling interior brighter than Sammy’s current complexion and comes fully furnished, down to the linens and towels. It has seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a free-flowing open floor plan, towering ceilings in the main living area, and a pool overlooking the ocean.
“This entire estate, beginning from the driveway, to the sand, and every inch in between, and throughout every room of the home was gutted and redesigned entirely,” says listing agent Alexander Goldstein, CEO of Miles Goldstein Real Estate. “The bones, having been ideal for this project, were utilized wisely, and brought to the exquisite condition it is now in.“
Goldstein also represented Sosa when the property previously sold for $9.15 million in early 2016 before the renovation.
