Miami Beach could be on the cusp of losing one of its biggest stars as Chris Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, just listed their waterfront mansion on North Bay Road for $18 million.

The 12,368-square-foot modern residence was built in 2009 and designed by Touzet Studio. Located in the La Gorce neighborhood, it includes six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a guest house, and a covered summer kitchen. The furniture is available for sale at an additional cost.

The Miami Heat legend purchased the home for $12.33 million in 2010, records show, months after the NBA world was flipped upside down when Bosh, along with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade, signed with the Heat.

The superstar trio would go on to win two NBA titles and rack up four NBA Finals appearances in as many seasons. Bosh, technically a free agent after getting released by the Heat over the summer, last played in 2016 before multiple blood clots put his career on hold. He tallied 11 NBA All-Star appearances in 13 seasons and figures to have a very strong shot at the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The Boshes also have a magnificent estate in California.
