New construction in South of Fifth lists for $7.5M

A new home set to rise in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood just listed for $7.5 million.

Dubbed “Villa 935,” the contemporary residence is a project of developer Troy Dean Ippolito, Founder and CEO of Trend Design Build. It will be located at 935 2nd Street and includes 5,000 square feet of interior space, four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an office, custom furnishings, an elevator, and a rooftop garden with a pool and a jacuzzi.

The home will also feature 10-foot ceilings, Gaggenau and Miele appliances, quartz and natural stone countertops, Italian porcelain and natural stone flooring, and smart home technology.

"This property is an extremely rare opportunity for buyers,” Dreyfuss said. “Many people love the South of Fifth area but are not interested in a condo, especially our clients from the northeast. We hear they’re looking for a single family home or townhouse, whether that’s because they want privacy or more space than you can find in most condos.”

Records show Ippolito purchased the property for $950,000 in 2014.
