The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles launched their gorgeous sales gallery recently across the street from its upcoming 52-story beachfront development that broke ground last summer.
Facing the Atlantic Ocean and located at 15800 Collins Avenue, the pristine space offers rooms modeling the living areas in the residences, including a model kitchen, living room, and bathroom, in addition to a 6.5-foot scale model of the Arquitectonica-designed development.

The project with the sexiest exterior penthouse rendering in the land—the top-floor residence sold for $16.5 million in May—is a collaboration between Fortune International Group and Château Group.
Completion is expected towards the end of 2018.
