Miami-Dade County’s Cutler Bay neighborhood is among America’s 10 Hottest Suburban Neighborhoods, per Realtor, coming in at No. 7 and among three Florida suburbs to make the list.

Cutler Bay’s median home price of $290,000 is well under Miami’s median home price of $470,500, representing a savings of about 38 percent. Orlando’s Vista East (6th) and Tampa’s Palm River-Clair Mel (5th) were the two other Sunshine State neighborhoods to make the feature, trailing No. 1 ranked Northeast of Denver, Colorado.

Cutler Bay is one of the country’s newest cities after becoming an incorporated town in 2005. Its population is estimated at around 45,000 and encompasses roughly 10 square miles.

Realtor’s methodology: “To pinpoint which suburbs are growing the fastest, our data team looked at where the number of households, home listings, list prices, and demand for homes are growing the fastest for every ZIP code in the 50 largest metro areas.“
