Former MLB star, ESPN analyst lists Florida home for $2.8M

Retired MLB All-Star John Kruk, who recently left his gig as an ESPN analyst for a broadcasting job with the Philadelphia Phillies, listed his southern-style home in Naples for just under $2.8 million, per Realtor.

The 6,550-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and sits on 1.37 acres. It features a remodeled guest cottage, media room, laundry room on each of its two floors, and a screened-in lanai with a saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen.

Built in 2007, Kruk purchased the property for $1.7 million in 2011.
